Job summary

Lesaka Technologies is seeking a customer-focused professional in Gauteng to drive sales and service delivery. You will educate customers on digital channels, activate accounts on onboarding, and ensure compliance with FAIS, POPI, and NCR guidelines.

You will maintain high service levels, resolve queries promptly, and work within the defined Team structure to meet sales targets and protect the organization's integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: NQF 4.
• Preferred Qualification: Relevant NQF 5 qualification as prescribed by the Financial Services Board.
• Regulatory Exam qualification.
• An appropriate recognised business Diploma or Higher Certificate at NQF level 6.
• Microsoft Office literate.

Responsibilities

• Leads identified converted into successful sales.
• Educate customers on correct digital channels to maximise channel optimisation.
• Activation on onboarding is a priority.
• Converse with customers to understand needs and provide helpful solutions.
• Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly and regulatory guidelines.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain compliance and manage risk in daily operations.
