Lesaka Technologies Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage with customers, assess needs, perform regulatory checks (FAIS, FICA, POPI, NCR), and support account origination and servicing.

You will handle card issuance queries, refer complex matters to leadership, and contribute to a compliant, customer-centric experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, ethical conduct, and adherence to customer fairness principles while meeting sales targets and reducing operational losses.

Formación

• Minimum qualification: NQF 4
• Preferred qualification: NQF 5 with FAIS qualification
• Regulatory Exam qualification
• Business Diploma or Higher Certificate at NQF level 6
• Microsoft Office literacy

Responsabilidades

• Leads identified conversions into successful sales.
• Ensure activities support cost containment and reduction.
• Educate customers on correct digital channels to maximise channel optimisation.
• Engage with customers to reflect our brand promise and provide solutions based on needs.
• Activation on onboarding must be a priority.
• Maintain ethical conduct and fairness in all dealings.
• Adhere to Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) principles in all tasks.
• Improve customer interactions to migrate cash to digital/self-service channels.
• Resolve customer queries promptly within agreed timelines.
• Aim for sales and service retention through effective issue resolution.
