About the Role

Our client is seeking a versatile and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role, with an administrative hub in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, ZA, will allow you to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Your responsibilities will encompass driving website traffic, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and performance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to achieving marketing objectives in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO analysis, and implement strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Manage social media channels, fostering community engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
