Placements24 is seeking a Digital Content Creator & SEO Specialist for a Centurion-based role with remote-friendly flexibility. You will craft engaging, SEO-optimized content across blogs, web copy, social, email, and video scripts while boosting organic visibility.

You will conduct keyword research, monitor analytics, refine content calendars, and collaborate with designers to ensure compelling, technically sound content. 3–5 years' experience, WordPress, and basic HTML/CSS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 3–5 years in digital content creation and SEO.
• Proven success in improving search rankings and organic traffic.
• Proficiency with SEO tools: GA, GSC, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; CMS experience (WordPress).
• Creative content ideas; basic HTML/CSS knowledge; SA e-commerce familiarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various digital channels, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, email newsletters, and video scripts.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings for target keywords.
• Monitor website analytics and SEO performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and reporting on progress.
