Placements24 is seeking a creative E-commerce & Social Media Content Creator in Soweto, Gauteng. You will produce engaging content for our client's online stores and social channels, ensure brand consistency, and communicate product value.

The role requires 1–3 years’ experience, proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, strong writing and video editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably with an e-commerce focus.
• Proficiency in creating visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with video editing for social media platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Understanding of e-commerce principles and online sales funnels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling through digital media.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Soweto .
