Nedbank seeks an attentive client service professional in Cape Town to educate clients on digital and self-service platforms while handling cash transactions and device maintenance. You will balance cash, replenish stock, and support online applications and login issues.

Responsibilities include client engagement, cross-selling potential, strong relationship building, and adherence to Nedbank policies and risk controls. Banking experience preferred.

Competenze

• Diploma or higher in banking/finance
• 1-2 years retail/banking client service experience
• Knowledge of Nedbank policies and security procedures

Mansioni

• Educate clients on digital and self-service features.
• Assist clients with cash transactions and cash fulfillment, balances and replenishment.
• Balance and secure branch stock and process deposits/withdrawals.
• Address queue flow and device concerns; assist with online applications and login issues.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and capture leads in the client management system.
• Build and maintain long-standing client relationships; own requests end-to-end.
