Nedbank Paarl is seeking a client‑facing teller who will educate clients on digital and self‑service solutions, handle cash transactions, balance and replenish stock, and perform first line device maintenance to keep the branch running smoothly.

You will build lasting client relationships, identify cross‑selling opportunities with care, and ensure compliance with Nedbank security policies while delivering trustworthy service and accurate processing.

Formación

• Essential Qualifications - NQF Level: Diploma.
• Preferred Qualification: Banking Services (example, Higher Certificate in Banking Services - NQF5)
• Minimum Experience Level: 1 - 2 years
• Retail/Banking Client Service, Cash, Technology Savvy, 1st Line Problem Resolution experience. Where applicable, Foreign experience.

Responsabilidades

• Accept and service cash transactions over the counter.
• Balance and secure branch stock holding.
• Enable further processing of inter-bank transfers and prepare documents for couriers.
