Job summary

FirstRand Group in South Africa seeks a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch environment. You will promote digital and self-service channels, while adhering to FAIS, FICA, TCF guidelines and governance, helping customers with suitable banking solutions.

You will actively build relationships, maintain accuracy of records, and stay informed on product offerings to support our brand promise of great service.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF, and regulatory compliance.
