Job summary

FirstRand Bank India seeks a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch setting. You will engage walk‑in and existing customers, identify needs, and promote appropriate banking products and digital channels.

You will operate within FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance guidelines, maintaining accurate records while driving customer satisfaction and cross‑selling in a fast-paced POP environment.

Qualifications

• FAIS, TCF principles and regulatory compliance knowledge required.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service and customer experience targets.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk‑in and existing customers in a high-volume branch environment.
• Promote digital and self‑service channels to customers and migrate them where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure governance and ethical standards are met.
