The role emphasizes ethical customer interactions, product knowledge, and the ability to meet service targets in a high-volume setting. Experience in financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 as qualification.
• Prefer NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, or related fields (FAIS).
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch environment.
• Educate customers on digital, e-channels and self-service platforms.
• Manage leads, referrals, and customer follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory compliance (FAIS, FICA, TCF, internal governance).
• Contribute to team success and uphold ethical standards.
