Job summary

Schlemmer’s factory in Carletonville is seeking a Despatch Clerk to ensure accurate dispatch of bricks to customers and to oversee loading slips verification.

You will coordinate dispatch activities, confirm quality and quantity, maintain records, and liaise with customers and internal teams to support efficient despatch operations.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in despatching, sales and receiving stock.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in data capturing and customer relations.
• Good English communication, reading and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

A well-established organisation within the building materials industry is looking for a Despatch Clerk to join their team at their Factory in Carletonville.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate dispatch of the correct quality and quantity of bricks to customers, while overseeing the verification and control of loading slips.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
