Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Warehouse and Dispatch Clerk to join our Pretoria operations. You will manage the flow of goods, prepare orders for dispatch, and ensure on-time shipments with accurate documentation.

The role requires 1-2 years in a warehouse or dispatch setting, familiarity with WMS, and strong organizational skills. You will support the logistics team in delivering excellent service across Gauteng and must be able to work in a busy warehouse environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or dispatch role.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Generate and verify dispatch notes, invoices, and other required shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely pickups and efficient loading of vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse and Dispatch Clerk to join their operations in Pretoria . This role is essential for managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, accurately preparing orders for dispatch, and ensuring all shipments leave on time and correctly documented. You will be instrumental in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the logistics team in delivering exceptional service to clients across Gauteng .
