Tiger Brands in Rustenburg is seeking a reliable Despatch and Stock Controller to ensure accurate daily stock movements and timely dispatch of goods. You will reconcile system stock with physical stock and support invoicing processes while maintaining safety and hygiene standards on the floor.

Requirements include a Grade 12, 2–3 years’ experience preferred, and computer literacy (Excel, Word, Mozaic). You will work in a team, adhere to health and safety regulations and participate in

• Grade 12 of equivalent qualification.
• Computer literate with basic MS Office and Mozaic usage.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Despatch goods accurately and efficiently.
• Compare systems stock against physical stock daily.
• Stock receipt and despatch activities.
• Stock control, stock rotation and reconciliation.
• Process invoices and assist with related records.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the work area.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and report hazards.
• Participate in improvement initiatives (MECP, 20keys, Invocoms).

Participate effectively in the Invocoms sessions.Participate and or identify non compliances to be addressed using the SGA process.Application of manufacturing Excellence Methodology i.e. MECP, 20keys.Participate in all MECP activities

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements - Grade 12

At least 2-3 years’ experience will be an advantage

Computer Literate ( Microsoft Excel, Word, Mozaic)
