You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. What You Will Own includes campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, plus budget allocation, bidding, testing and when to kill a campaign.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, ran and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients at an agency.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and deciding when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the story behind the numbers on calls.
