Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice at the table, making the calls on targeting, budget allocation and narrative during client discussions.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budgets and bidding, and provide clear 90 day and quarterly roadmaps with the numbers that drive decisions.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements for client accounts.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and rely on GA4, tag manager and platform pixels for attribution.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
