• 1–2 years' retail sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Computer literate with strong administrative skills.

• Driving sales growth and achieving budgeted sales targets.
• Delivering EBIT performance in line with budget.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Creating an exceptional customer experience for cyclists.
• Maintaining world-class merchandising and store presentation.
• Managing stock, data integrity, and operational excellence.
• Executing local and national marketing initiatives.
