Job summary

Huntswood, a ResultsCX company, is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Advisors for a 4-month contract in South Africa. You will handle webchat, voice and email interactions during night shifts and aim to deliver WOW moments for customers.

Requirements include matric or equivalent, at least 6 months call centre or related experience, multichannel capabilities, and basic knowledge of the US market. Night shift allowances and completion bonus are available.

Qualifications

• Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• Clear Credit and Criminal record.
• Computer literate.
• Minimum of six months in call centre or related financial services/customer service experience.
• Experience in multichannel environment (Phone/Chat/Emails).
• Basic understanding of the US market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service via webchat, voice, and email.
• Resolve issues proactively and own the outcome.
• Build rapport and create WOW moments for customers.
