Job summary

Sigma Connected Group in Cape Town is seeking an Insurance Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls, support back-office tasks, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires at least 1 year of sales/upsell experience in a BPO setting, with advantageous exposure to the insurance sector.

You must reside within 30km of the workplace and possess a clear record and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Sales/Upselling experience in a BPO environment.
• Experience in the Insurance industry is highly advantageous.
• Must reside within 30km radius of the workplace.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Excellent articulation and communication skills.
• Must have target-driven and performance-focused.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
• Respond to all incoming and outbound calls according to campaign guidelines, scripts and systems.
• Assist with back-office pieces and general enquiries as part of daily duties.
