Job summary

Resolv.Global is seeking an Entry-level Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in Cape Town. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing concerns with a friendly, professional approach.

In this role you will document interactions, update records, and collaborate with teammates to resolve complex issues. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
