Placements24 is seeking a Bank Teller for our client in Centurion, Gauteng. You will be the primary contact for customers, processing transactions and offering service with a friendly approach to build trust and loyalty in the Centurion community.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, balance cash, and refer customers to appropriate banking products while adhering to security policies. The role requires strong communication and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible to work Saturdays occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments accurately.
• Deliver friendly, customer-focused service and handle inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and refer to banking products as appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer at end of each shift.
• Follow bank policies, procedures and security protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
