Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in banking, financial services, retail or customer service.

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Clear credit, fraud and criminal checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions and enquiries.
• Open, maintain and update customer accounts.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and service requests efficiently.
• Process banking transactions accurately and in line with banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support sales targets through product recommendations and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
