Placements24 is seeking a motivated Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Soweto. In this role you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and act as a customer advocate to ensure positive, memorable interactions across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, a willingness to help others, and the ability to work well in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Training and health benefits are provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help customers and resolve their issues.

• Engage with customers across various channels (phone, email, in-person) to provide support and information.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
