Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner in a branch setting.
• Educate customers on banking platforms and migrate to e-channels and self-service.
• Fulfil transactions and achieve service and sales targets.
• Manage leads and referrals with timely follow-ups; maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and internal governance.
