Job summary

FirstRand Group's First National Bank (FNB) POP team seeks a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service to branch customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will identify customer needs, promote digital channels, and ensure adherence to FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance while providing banking solutions.

The role focuses on helping customers navigate banking platforms, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to team success in a dynamic POP setting.

Qualifications

• Must understand FAIS and TCF principles.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service and customer experience targets.
• Must be compliant with regulatory requirements and internal governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers.
• Promote digital and self-service channels and educate customers on correct banking platforms.
• Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance.
• Assist customers with needs-based banking solutions and cross-sell where appropriate.
