Job summary

FNB POP: Universal Advisor role in a branch environment focuses on delivering compliant sales and services to walk-in and existing customers. You will promote digital and self-service channels while maintaining ethical conduct and regulatory standards.

You will identify needs, upsell banking solutions, and manage customer records with attention to FAIS, FICA and TCF policies in a busy POP setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4; FAIS knowledge preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing banking/financial services.
• Ability to meet sales, service and customer experience targets.
• Work in a high-volume branch environment with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner.
• Identify needs and offer banking solutions aligned to customer goals.
• Educate customers on digital channels and self-service options.
• Process transactions, manage leads and referrals within agreed times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory compliance.
