The role requires 2–3 years of AP experience, proficiency with QuickBooks or Sage, strong Excel skills, and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach. You’ll contribute to month-end close and drive process improvements.

About the Role

Our client, a reputable enterprise in the tourism sector, is seeking an meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance department. This role is based in the beautiful coastal town of Mossel Bay, Western Cape , and offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office duties. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to financial accuracy. You will play a vital role in maintaining the company's financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
