Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or Business Banking Degree required.
• 3-5 years banking experience.
• Credit knowledge and governance compliance per National Credit Act (NCA).

Responsibilities

• Analyse credit data to estimate risk when extending credit or lending.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience per Balanced Scorecard standards.
• Maximise cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Comply with governance, legislative and audit requirements.
• Ensure data management and management of expired limits.
• Prepare credit proposals for review by Credit Product House.
• Adhere to Golden Rules procedures.
