Job summary

FirstRand invites you to join as a Relationship Analyst in South Africa, where you will analyse credit data to assess risk and support informed lending decisions within a client relationship framework.

You will contribute to customer experience, cross-sell opportunities, governance, and data integrity, while preparing credit proposals for review and ensuring compliance with the NCA and internal Golden Rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or Business Banking Degree (NCA check may apply).
• 3–5 years banking experience required.
• Credit record check may be required under the National Credit Act (NCA).

Responsibilities

• Analyse credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit or lending money for client relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in line with Balanced Scorecard standards.
• Prepare credit proposals for review by the Credit Product House and ensure governance compliance.
• Ensure effective data management and address expired limits against targets.
• Comply with the Golden Rules and related procedures and processes.
