Icebolethu Group is seeking two Key Account Managers to lead the Corporate Department in Durban. You will drive corporate sales growth, manage key client relationships, ensure FAIS compliance and oversee team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include leading department operations, planning rosters, maintaining records, and producing weekly and monthly performance reports. Strong regulatory knowledge and multilingual client communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• FAIS compliance certificates as applicable.
• Experience in Insurance or Funeral/Burial industry is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily Corporate Department operations, plan duty rosters and manage leave.
• Drive corporate sales targets via cold-calling, executive appointments and activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers and handle escalations.
• Enforce FAIS/FSCA regulatory compliance through staff training and audits.
• Oversee telephonic and written client communications ensuring professional service.
• Compile weekly/monthly performance packs, maintain client databases and records.
