Premier FMCG is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to ensure all vehicles are maintained to Premier standards, that drivers and crews are trained on SOPs and SWP, and that operations run smoothly across shifts. You will oversee load execution, documentation, and daily reporting while maintaining fuel monitoring and service schedules.

The role demands at least two years in the transport sector, at least one year in driver management, knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, and a Matric with Maths.

Formación

• 2 years in the transport industry.
• At least 1 year experience in driver management.
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Grade 12 / Matric with Maths.

Responsabilidades

• Load execution and coordination of loads.
• Prepare and review reports regularly.
• Documentation management and record keeping.
• Monitor fuel consumption and investigate irregularities.
• Update service schedules to prevent overrun and ensure servicing intervals.
• Accident/incident reporting and investigation.
• Arrange repairs and maintenance for vehicles.
• Capture and analyze daily spreadsheets.
• Monitor driver and crew working and overtime hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Load execution.
• Reports.
• Documentation management.
• Monitor fuel consumption and investigate irregularities.
• Monitor and update the service schedule to ensure tankers are not overrun and serviced according to the prescribed intervals.
• Accident/Incident reporting and investigation.
• Arranging repairs and maintenance for all vehicles.
• Capturing and analyzing daily spreadsheets.
• Capturing and monitoring of driver’s and crew’s working and overtime hours

Experience and Qualifications

• 2 years in the transport industry.
• At least 1 year experience in driver management.
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Grade 12 / Matric with Maths.
• Any other related qualification will be advantageous.
