You will partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain compliant recruitment records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources Management.
• 3–5 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer stage.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment processes with hiring managers.
• Experience ensuring recruitment practices align with Employment Equity and compliance requirements.
• Experience maintaining recruitment records, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting high-quality talent aligned with business needs and Employment Equity objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments within agreed timelines.
• Ensure recruitment documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases and reports.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment governance and labour legislation.
