• Recruitment delivery: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are effectively scoped, sourced and filled within agreed timelines.
• High-volume recruitment: Proactively recruit contact centre sales, client services and operational employees while maintaining ready-to-hire talent pools.
• Specialist and executive search: Conduct targeted searches and headhunting for specialist, scarce-skill, senior management and executive appointments.
• Talent sourcing and networking: Build professional networks, referral channels and segmented talent pipelines through active engagement with prospective candidates.
• Employer branding: Develop compelling recruitment content and talent-attraction initiatives that promote the Group’s culture, values and employee value proposition.
• ATS and recruitment analytics: Maintain accurate ATS records, manage candidate pipelines and use recruitment data to monitor and improve performance.
• Candidate experience and compliance: Provide a professional candidate experience while ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant recruitment and selection practices.

This is not a purely administrative recruitment role. It requires an energetic talent professional who actively sources candidates, builds networks, develops sustainable talent pipelines and takes ownership of recruitment outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment Delivery

  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are effectively scoped, sourced and filled within agreed timelines.

• High-Volume Recruitment

  Proactively recruit contact centre sales, client services and operational employees while maintaining ready-to-hire talent pools.
