Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of roles across various industries.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with job posting and advertising across multiple platforms.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent market intelligence gathering.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles and industries (generalist experience preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the job market in East London, Eastern Cape .
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• A proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
