Job summary

Wellness Warehouse is looking for a Recruitment Specialist in Cape Town to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the business. You will partner with hiring managers, craft job adverts, source candidates and coordinate interviews to fill vacancies efficiently while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume retail environment, with strong sourcing and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Approximately 3-5 years end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume retail environments helpful.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and talent pipelines.
• Strong recruitment reporting and analytical capability.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS and online recruitment platforms.
• Strong interviewing and sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval to appointment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and profiles.
• Draft and post compelling job advertisements across platforms.
• Source candidates proactively via portals, networks and referrals.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews.
• Facilitate assessments and reference checks; assist in onboarding.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
