Job summary

Merchant West Holdings is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment aligned with Employment Equity objectives. The role involves sourcing, attracting, screening and appointing high-quality talent while ensuring a compliant and positive candidate experience for hiring managers.

The successful candidate will drive timelines, maintain accurate recruitment documentation and collaborate with HR and external partners to meet annual EE targets and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR management.
• 3–5 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within corporate or agency environment.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Experience coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Experience ensuring Employment Equity and compliance in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment records and reports.
• Ensure onboarding and documentation is completed.
• Collaborate with HR and external recruitment partners.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers.
