Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our client’s team in Kimberley. This role focuses on understanding customer needs in depth and providing expert product advice and solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction in the Northern Cape region.

You will build rapport with clients, conduct consultative demonstrations, manage leads in the CRM, and work in a hybrid setup that blends in-office and remote engagement to maximize effectiveness and client outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience in a specialized sales role or as a product expert.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment.
