Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist with a specialization in Compensation and Benefits to join our Vereeniging, Gauteng team. You will administer, analyze, and communicate compensation and benefits programs, working closely with leadership and finance to implement competitive reward structures.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Finance and at least 4 years of compensation and benefits experience, with strong analytical and Excel skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Proficient in HRIS and Advanced Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of SA labor laws governing compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical, communication, and data presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefits programs including salary structures and bonuses.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive packages.
- Analyze data to identify trends, disparities, and cost drivers.
- Develop job grading and salary structures and maintain them.
- Prepare reports for management on trends and costs.
