Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Compensation and Benefits roles.
• Expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of South African labour law related to compensation and benefits.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Perform job evaluations and ensure internal equity across roles.
• Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Design and manage incentive and bonus programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits legislation in South Africa.
• Analyze HR data related to compensation and benefits to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support talent management strategies.
• Develop communication materials to inform employees about their compensation and benefits.
• Support the HR department in strategic planning related to total rewards in Gauteng.
