Placements24 is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to design and administer competitive pay and benefits programs for staff in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of SA remuneration practices, and collaboration with HR and finance to manage budgets and program effectiveness.

The position supports salary reviews, bonus processes, and employee communications, with a focus on equity, compliance, and strategic alignment in a manufacturing context.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data analysis and modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with South African labour laws and remuneration requirements.

Mansioni

• Conduct market research and analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitive offerings.
• Design, implement, and administer salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs.
• Evaluate job roles and conduct job grading and leveling exercises.
• Ensure compliance with relevant South African labour laws and regulations.
• Administer retirement funds, medical aid, and other employee benefits schemes.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends and costs.
• Support annual salary reviews and bonus processes.
