Placements24 is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Analyst for a distinguished financial services firm based in Centurion, Gauteng. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate the workforce.

You will analyze market data, develop salary structures, administer benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with HR and Finance on total rewards initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, HR or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or administration.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret data.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze compensation survey data to benchmark salaries and ensure market competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, job grading systems, and incentive plans.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Conduct cost analyses for proposed compensation and benefits changes.
• Ensure compliance with compensation-related legislation in Gauteng.
• Prepare reports on compensation and benefits trends for senior management.
• Support annual salary reviews and bonus processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on total rewards projects.
