Profile Personnel is seeking a proactive Property Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio in East London. The role requires practical knowledge of building maintenance, strong organisation, and the ability to coordinate contractors and leases.

Applicants should have 5+ years in property operations, be able to review quotations, produce reports and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in commercial property operations or facilities management.
• Sound practical knowledge of commercial building maintenance (roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, inspections).
• Strong judgement on repairs, quotes and contractor recommendations.
• Ability to manage costs and identify unnecessary expenditure.
• Strong administration, reporting, and record-keeping skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor activities across the portfolio.
• Investigate operational issues and clarify landlord/tenant responsibilities.
• Review quotations, monitor progress and ensure completion.
• Prepare monthly property reports and maintain records.
• Conduct inspections and assist with tenant handovers as required.
• Manage tenant and stakeholder queries and provide progress updates.
• Assist with lease administration, renewals and related obligations.
• Assist with municipal accounts, tenant recoveries and property charges.
• Maintain accurate property, maintenance and compliance records.
• Gather information and present recommendations to management.
