About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Property Broker to join their established team in Benoni . You will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and selling or leasing commercial properties to a diverse clientele, including investors and businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships. You will play a key role in driving transactions and expanding our client's commercial portfolio within the bustling Gauteng economic hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential commercial property listings and clients.
• Conduct market analysis to determine optimal pricing and marketing strategies for commercial properties.
