Placements24 in Centurion is seeking a driven Commercial Property Broker to expand our client’s leasing and sales presence in Centurion and surrounding areas. You will identify prospects, match them with office, retail or industrial spaces, and negotiate deals to close transactions.

The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market in the Pretoria and surrounding areas, contributing to the company's growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid fidelity fund certificate and relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NQF5).
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding sales pipeline.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and commercial real estate databases.
