Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, brokerage, or investment analysis.
• Proven track record of identifying, evaluating and closing commercial property deals.
• Strong understanding of real estate financial principles, valuation methods and market analysis techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source commercial real estate acquisition opportunities through market analysis, broker relationships, and direct outreach in Tshwane area.
• Conduct due diligence including financial analysis, inspections, title searches, and environmental assessments.
• Develop investment proposals and financial models to support acquisition recommendations.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, lease terms and other contracts with sellers and representatives.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, lenders and advisors to ensure smooth closings.
• Monitor market dynamics and regulatory changes affecting real estate in Gauteng.
• Build and maintain network with brokers, developers and property owners.
• Present investment opportunities to the investment committee.

Requirements
