Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or Finance is required.
• A Master's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in commercial property development.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, investment appraisal and development finance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate commercial property development opportunities in Tembisa, Gauteng.

About the Role

Our client, a leading real estate development firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Development Manager to oversee and execute new development projects. This pivotal role involves managing the entire lifecycle of commercial property developments, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to construction, leasing, and final handover. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Knowledge of local zoning laws, permitting processes, and building regulations in Gauteng .
