The role requires a tertiary qualification in short-term insurance and at least 3 years of experience in insurance sales/advisory, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification or industry-specific certification (e.g., RE 5, NQF Level 4/5 in Short-Term Insurance) is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an insurance broker or in a related sales/advisory role within the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products (property, liability, business interruption).
