Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an insurance broker, with a focus on commercial lines.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a client base.
• In-depth knowledge of various commercial insurance products (e.g., liability, property, fleet).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations and risk management principles.
• Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., RE5) and a good standing with regulatory bodies.
