Job summary

Grove Properties in Cape Town is seeking a driven dealmaker to manage the full sales and leasing lifecycle for warehousing, logistics facilities and industrial land within Bellville and surrounding nodes. You will generate deals, canvass owners and tenants, advise clients on space based on their operational needs, and negotiate from viewing to signing.

As we enhance our focus on Cape Town's most resilient industrial hubs, we are looking for a driven dealmaker to dominate the R300 Corridor and Airport nodes.

The Role & Responsibilities

You will manage the full sales and leasing lifecycle for warehousing, logistics facilities, and industrial land within the Bellville, Bellville South, Kuilsriver, Stikland, Blackheath and Airport nodes.

• Deal Generation: Source and close industrial leasing and sales transactions.
• Canvassing: Build relationships with property owners, institutional landlords, and corporate tenants to secure mandates.
• Client Advisory: Match businesses with optimal space based on operational needs (yard space, power, eave heights).
• Negotiation: Manage the transaction pipeline from initial viewing to final lease or sale signing.
• Property Management sourcing: You find opportunities for us to manage properties in the area and earn an ongoing income when we secure the management.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years in commercial/industrial real estate (Bellville, Kuilsriver, Stikland, Blackheath and Airport Industria is a major plus).
• Credentials: Valid PPRA registration and compliant FFC status. ( Strong candidates will be considered)
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Tech and skills: your own phone, laptop and AI skills to operate effectively in a fast moving environment
