Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests from offer creation till after sales.
• Provide first level of customer support via phone, email, chat, and customer visits
• Provide Customer support related to: Commercial Support (Price & Availability, Product selection, Catalogue questions)
• Logistics: Order Entry / Management
• Promote our Schneider digital tool related to the customer support & engage customers to use it
• Lead Continues improvement action to bring efficiency on our daily operations & enhance customer experience
• Handling customer complains & close follow up with all stakeholders till complain closure.
