Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Service professional to support customers and the sales team with order processing, pre- and post-sales queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product details. Requirements include 1–4 years in a related field, fluent English, strong communication, and SAP knowledge.

• Logistics: Order entry/management; promote Schneider digital tools for customer engagement.
• Lead continuous improvement actions to increase daily efficiency and customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure closure with all stakeholders.
